Energy Performance Certificates (EPC'S)

Who requires them?

Current legislation requires an EPC to be provided for all residential properties put on the market for sale. In the current format the EPC is the key component of the HIP.

From 1st October 2008 all residential rental properties will require an EPC.

What is an EPC?

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows the energy performance rating of a property. They are being introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings and reduce carbon emissions.

What we provide?

We have extensive experience providing EPC'S for all types of properties. All of our in-house Domestic Energy Assessors are fully qualified, insured and regulated by a government approved body.

With our established network of Energy Assessors we can provide EPC'S nationwide. Once we have received an instruction a Domestic Energy Assessor will contact you to arrange a convenient time to carry out the EPC.

We endeavour to work with our clients so that the EPC can be provided as quickly as possible. We aim to provide the EPC within 48 hours of instruction.
